What holds the programs together
What every TIE Academy program has in common
Six principles shared across every program, every age band, every language.
Real-world, real-time
The world is the textbook. Content connects to current events, live data, and actual news — not textbook examples from a decade ago.
Interdisciplinary by design
Every program deliberately crosses subject boundaries that schools keep artificially separate.
Action-oriented
Understanding alone is not enough. Every program ends with a specific Take Action component.
Audience-adaptive
Developmental stage, language proficiency, and cultural context are built into every design decision.
AI-era relevant
The skills we develop are chosen precisely because they are difficult or impossible for AI to replicate: systems thinking, ethical reasoning, creative leadership, civic agency.
Family-centered
Learning is not confined to students. Parents are active participants in the TIE Academy ecosystem, not passive observers.
Programs surface themselves inside the app when the fit is right.
