About this program

GETI USA is the next chapter of our hybrid GETI program. After a year tracing how Europe moved from imperial dominance to structural pressure, we turn the same four lenses — Geopolitics, Economics, Technology, Investment — on the United States and ask one big question: is America in gradual decline, like past empires, or positioned to reinvent itself? Students investigate as analysts — not cheerleaders, not critics — across four tracks: Soft Power & Culture, Sports Business, Nature & National Identity, and Technology & Innovation. The online course runs about 24 live, 100%-English sessions from September 2026 to May 2027 (we skip the major holidays, so it isn't every week), on weekend mornings or evenings depending on your time zone, with bilingual Korean support for parents. For students in grades 5–8. Please note: the tuition shown here covers the ONLINE course only (the ~24 sessions). The optional in-person U.S. field camp (summer 2027) is priced and announced separately, partway through the term — once we know what families want and where the most timely, ideal experience would be. (We ran GETI Europe the same way.) Registration opens August 2026. Dates, pricing, and camp details are being finalized — join the interest list to be the first to know.

Who this is for

Korean and Korean-American families with students in grades 5–8 who want their child to read the world — in English — through geopolitics, economics, technology, and investment, and to grapple with the question of whether America is in decline or about to reinvent itself.

What your child will take away

  • Analyze a current U.S. event through all four GETI lenses (geopolitics, economics, technology, investment).
  • Use Ray Dalio's rise-and-fall framework to judge whether the U.S. is declining or reinventing — and what that means for Korea.
  • Compare America's trajectory with Europe's, using real data.
  • Read and discuss real news in academic English with confidence.
  • Make and defend a forecast for the United States in 2035.
